Last week I popped into the brand-new Tory Burch store in Beverly Hills just to browse—cut to an hour later, standing in a dressing room surrounded by more clothes than I could realistically wear in a month (or two). The temptation was very real. Tory’s new edgier vibe is having a full moment: think architectural silhouettes, unexpected cutouts, bold colors, and a little bit of that “avant garde girl who doesn’t try too hard” energy. This isn’t the Tory of yesteryear—it’s Tory 2.0, and my spring wardrobe is officially getting a major rethink. There’s a liquid jersey ruffled dress I could vacation in, above, a ginormous bead and resin necklace that could almost double as a top, an asymmetrical denim skirt that redefines everyday casual, and a red cut-out wrap dress poised to make an entrance. The shoes and bags are also statment-y–in the best kind of way. It’s all polished, of course, but with unprecedented attitude—basically, exactly how I want to dress when the temps climb and the invites start rolling in. “Browse” the new spring collection here–and make sure to check out the chic new Rodeo Drive store. You might just want to move in with me.
